Gemma specialises in painting idyllic landscape and seascape scenes from paradise destinations such as the Maldives, Mauritius & the Caribbean. Inspiration comes from her travels to faraway destinations, in search of relaxation, calm and tranquillity. The clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, the many unspoilt islands on the horizon in the Maldives and the captivatingly beautiful vivid colours of Mauritius are just some of the reasons that Gemma is so mesmerised by these heavenly landscapes.
Each of Gemma’s paintings offers its own piece of serenity in today’s busy world, with the calming blues of the sea being a particular focus.
