A confirmation email will be sent to by return, confirming your order and payment due. Cheques should be in Pounds Sterling and from a UK bank or building society. Please contact me for details of where to send your cheque to.

Your painting will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. And email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch date and expected delivery date.

BANKERS DRAFT OR BANK TRANSFER

If you would like to purchase a painting using a bankers draft or transfer please contact me the details of the artwork you wish to purchase. As with the other payment options you will receive a confirmation email by return, confirming your order and account details for your deposit. Your artwork will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared and an email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch date and expected delivery date.

DELIVERY - UK

UK postage costs are included in the price of each artwork. All deliveries are dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment being received and a confirmation email is always sent on dispatch of your order. Deliveries are usually next working day from date of dispatch but please allow a maximum of 7 working days for your delivery to reach you. You will always be advised of the approximate delivery dates and if you do require a delivery more swiftly please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate this.

Paintings are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which provides both a fast and trackable service. A tracking number will be provided to you on your confirmation of dispatch email. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday but should you require a Saturday service please contact me to see if this can be arranged. Please note there may be a delivery charge for a Saturday service. For larger pieces a respected courier will be the chosen method of transit and this will be conveyed to you in your dispatch email. Paintings are always insured during transit in any of the delivery options mentioned above.

Collection of paintings is welcomed, where possible, and likewise, I am able to deliver within a reasonable radius of my location (Rayleigh, Essex). Please contact me to discuss options.

DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL

Please contact me to discuss international delivery times. Depending on your location I am still able to provide fast delivery via well known courier companies, such as DHL and UPS. There may be an additional charge for international delivery but if this is the case I will inform you of this extra charge prior to taking any payment or booking a delivery for your order. As with standard UK delivery a tracking number will be sent to you in a dispatch email, which will advise you of the approximate delivery date of your purchase.

14 DAY CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting please be reassured that I offer a 14 day refund policy. You may cancel from the day of your order and up to 14 days after the day on which you receive delivery of the painting. Your right to cancel does not apply to any commissioned works that have been specifically produced for you. Please notify me of your wish to cancel or return an item in writing (preferably by email to speed up the process), as soon as possible. If the artwork is in transit or has already been delivered to you, it must be returned to me as soon possible after written notification has been given.

Please return an item in its original condition, wherever possible using the original packaging, or similar protective packaging, to ensure the painting is transported safely. The buyer must pay the cost of the return delivery and it is advisable to use a secure and traceable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with adequate insurance cover taken. I am happy to accept returns via any other reputable courier that offers the best value service to you, providing an insurance option is taken out, in case of loss or damage in transit. These can be chosen for as little as £1 on top of the postage price. Many couriers and some Royal Mail services offer these within the standard delivery price. Alternatively return collection can be arranged and the fee for this deducted from your final refund.

A refund excluding any postage costs will be issued to you as soon as possible, but within 30 days of receiving cancellation of your order, as per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. The refund will be issued in the same manor that payment was taken – i.e. cheque, cash, and Paypal credit/debit card payment.

DAMAGED PAINTINGS

All orders are fully insured against damage in transit. Paintings are always protectively packaged on their dispatch to prevent any damage occurring during transportation. However, should any damage to the artwork be noticeable from the outer packaging you may refuse the delivery and contact me immediately so that I can resolve the situation. If the damage is only apparent on unwrapping the painting please retain all packaging and contact me immediately so that I can take the necessary action to put things right. It is useful to retain all packaging as this may be necessary when making a claim to the delivery service provider.

I will arrange for all damaged goods to be collected from you so that you will not need to pay for return postage costs.
